I'm not loving the new look. Same design as the UK site. I hate that prices aren't listed immediately until you click on the item one by one by one by one. :lick:

I have always loathed the set up of the UK site. I am really surprised they took the attractive and functional site the US had and crapped it up like that. I just tested and i had to click at least 3 times to get to the description and price of a product. Thats pretty ridiculous. The only good thing i have to say is they still have a link to new arrivals. If that was gone i was going to cured of my online shopping addiction for sure.

Maybe the NA webdesigner is no longer there and the UK web designer is doing double-duty

 its awful!! there is WAY too much crap going on - practically headache inducing just trying to get around.

:lick: I send them strongly worded feedback using the form on the site.

Dood, WHY do they keep doing this?? The website was awesome two designs back. I don't understand why they keep changing it for the worse? I do think the appearance/theme of the UK website is cute, but functionally it's terrible. Poop.

I've been browsing around on it and I think it's a change for the better- a fresh "fun" look. The only thing that strikes me as a little odd are the video clips that don't pertain to the product on the same page; just wondering why they wouldn't have the clip of the product being discussed on that same page & can only conclude that if you're already on that page, the idea may be to "expose" you to a different product you may not otherwise be looking for or at...
Overall though, I like the whole new layout and the groovy graphics...the Retro section is especially cool! Your thoughts, dear Lushies?

So chaotic I can hardly find what I want. Not a fan of the redesign at all. Sorry, Lush.

 What have you done Lush????

When the UK site changed it's website design I tried to navigate it and it's just horrible. My only solice was the NA website was still the same and very user friendly. Now it's just like the UK website???? What in the world are you thinking? Sorry guys/gals....this is a big, BIG mistake.

I'm one of those that can't buy much right now, but this makes it even easier to not buy.....I'm sure that isn't what you were going for in designing this. Rethink this please, even if someones ego will get hurt....it's a bad decision. The old design was just fine.

At first I felt so overwhelmed with so many things on the page! However, the pictures of Lush products in each catagory makes me drool. Especially the bombs and bubble bars. I wish I had that many!

I agree completely! It's way too busy and and a bit%& to navigate. Not impressed at all. Keep it simple. Definitely a change for the worst!!

Sure, it looks nice, but I find it impossible to navigate. I'll take function over form any day, thanks. Not a fan.
